We have published ‘From Syria with Love’ Book in November 1st 2016, with Indie Books Ltd. The book contains a series of vignettes, short stories, poems, photography, and quotations – all a reflection on the Syrian crisis and its effect on the children of the Lebanon refugee camp. The book hopefully will project the voices of these unheard children of Syria’s ‘lost generation’ into the world. They are inspirational in their courage, strength, and dreams. The following people kindly contributed to FSWL book, Brian Bilston, Gillian Cross, Caroline Moorehead, and more. The book also has poems and pieces written by the children themselves, and they are published side by side in their original Arabic form and in English too. The book is ultimately an attempt to bridge the gap between the British and Syrians, and the rest of the world, and will be another important step towards integration, equality and peace.
